Oversaw the full production lifecycle of the DePHY Node from testnet through MVP to framework build, coordinating across technical and community teams to ensure each phase shipped on time and at standard. Alongside production, led ecosystem activation and community growth, driving node operator onboarding and global market engagement to scale the network from zero.
A globally distributed node network built on community ownership. Operators mint DePHY-ID NFTs, stake $PHY, and run nodes that verify real-world device data on Solana. The result: a decentralised messaging layer capable of handling 10x traffic spikes with sub-500ms sync, purpose-built for DePIN-AI integration.
